1. Introduction
Piccozone Technologies ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services, which include:
- Piccozone Website (news.piccozone.com) — A multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables organizations and publishers to create and host their own content websites.
- Piccozone Admin App (Mobile Application) — A Content Management System (CMS) and administrative portal designed exclusively for authorized authors, editors, and publishers to create, edit, manage, and publish content for their respective organizations. The mobile app is not a news reading or news consumption application. It serves solely as a back-office management tool for content creators.
Collectively, these are referred to as the "Platform". By using our Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. About Our Mobile Application
The Piccozone Admin App is a Content Management System (CMS) and administrative dashboard built for organizational use. It is important to clarify the nature and scope of this application:
- Purpose: The app is an admin portal that allows authorized team members (authors, editors, administrators) of subscribing organizations to manage their content workflow — including drafting articles, uploading media, editing posts, managing categories/tags, and publishing content to their respective websites.
- Not a News App: The mobile application does not aggregate, curate, or display news content for public consumption. It does not function as a news reader, news feed, or news aggregator. End users (readers) do not use this app to consume news.
- Authorized Access Only: The app requires authentication and is accessible only to users who have been invited or registered by an organization that subscribes to our SaaS platform. It is a private, role-based tool — not a publicly available content consumption app.
- Core Functionality: Content creation and editing (rich text editor), media management (image/video uploads), content scheduling and publishing, category and tag management, organizational settings and team management, and analytics dashboard for published content performance.
