Welcome to Piccozone (news.piccozone.com), a multi-tenant SaaS Content Management Platform operated by Piccozone Technologies, a freelance service provider based at A 1417, 14th Floor, NX-ONE, Tower 2, Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201318, India.
Piccozone provides two interconnected services:
- Piccozone Website — A multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables organizations and publishers to create and host their own content websites for their audiences.
- Piccozone Admin App (Mobile Application) — A Content Management System (CMS) and administrative portal designed exclusively for authorized authors, editors, and administrators to create, edit, manage, and publish content for their respective organizations. The mobile app is not a news reading, news aggregation, or news consumption application. It is a back-office content management tool.
By accessing or using our platform (website or mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of the Mobile Application
It is important to understand the purpose and scope of the Piccozone Admin App:
- The app is a CMS (Content Management System) that provides authorized organizational team members with tools to manage content workflows — including drafting, editing, scheduling, and publishing articles and media.
- The app is not intended for end-user content consumption. It does not display a news feed, aggregate news from external sources, or function as a news reader application.
- Access to the app is restricted to authenticated users who belong to a subscribing organization. Registration requires organizational invitation or admin approval.
- The app functions as a back-office administrative tool similar to WordPress Admin, Ghost Admin, or other CMS dashboards — enabling content creators to manage their publishing workflow from a mobile device.
- Key features of the app include: Rich text content editor, media library management (image/video uploads), content drafting, scheduling, and publishing, category and tag management, editorial workflow (draft → review → publish), organizational team management, and content performance analytics.
3. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to Piccozone, including the website, mobile admin app, APIs, and all related services.
- "Admin App" refers to the Piccozone mobile application, which is a CMS and administrative portal for content management.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
- "Subscriber" refers to a User who has purchased a paid subscription plan on behalf of an organization.
- "Tenant" refers to an organization using the Platform to manage and publish content on their own website.
- "Author/Editor" refers to an authorized team member within a Tenant organization who uses the Admin App to create and manage content.
- "Content" refers to text, images, videos, and other materials created and published through the Platform.
- "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Piccozone Technologies.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. The mobile Admin App is a professional tool intended for use by authorized personnel within subscribing organizations. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are authorized by your organization to use the CMS tools.
5. Account Registration & Access
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- Access to the Admin App requires authentication via email/password or OAuth (Google, Microsoft, Apple).
- Organizational administrators control user roles and permissions within their workspace (admin, editor, author).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including content published through the CMS.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Subscription Plans & Payments
- We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing for organizations.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as per the selected plan.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is successfully processed.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Publish false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content through the CMS.
- Use the Platform or Admin App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its systems, or other organizations' workspaces.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
- Use automated bots or scrapers to extract data from the Platform.
- Share your login credentials or provide access to unauthorized individuals.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's services.
8. Content Ownership & Licensing
- Tenants retain full ownership of the Content they create and publish through the Platform and Admin App.
- By publishing Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the Content as part of our services.
- We do not claim ownership over any Content created by Tenants or their team members.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
- Content moderation and editorial decisions are the responsibility of the respective Tenant organization and their editorial team.
9. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its design, logos, trademarks, software (including the Admin App), and all associated intellectual property are owned by Piccozone Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.
10. Service Availability & Modifications
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice.
- App updates may be released periodically to improve functionality, fix bugs, and enhance security.
- Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
11. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- Organizational administrators may remove team members from their workspace at any time.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Upon termination, your access to the Platform (including the Admin App) and its features will be revoked.
- We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by applicable laws.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piccozone Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or the Admin App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and Admin App are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Piccozone Technologies, its owner, and associates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms, including any content published through the CMS.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
